Customer satisfaction is important to us. We have a dedicated team to inspect each piece before packaging, but we also understand that things might not work perfectly all the time.
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Items on sale and gifts are not eligible for return or refund.
Please also note that if the customer decides to ship the item back, we are currently unable to cover the return shipping cost, but we are working hard on the collaboration with logistics partners to cover the return shipping cost.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and the total amount of refund is calculated based on the condition of the clothing, deducting any shipping cost.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Any garments that appear to have been worn, washed, or altered in any way will not qualify for a refund. The original shipping cost (if any) is non-refundable, in most cases.
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped. Please email us at email@example.com for order cancellation. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
