No, you can always place an order without registering or creaing an account.
However, we recommend creating an account if you'd like to be able to track your order
Click on the user icon at the top right corner of the navigation and then click 'Forgot your password' and enter your email address.
You will receive an email to reset your password
An order confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided us with at checkout.
Sometimes, it might land in your span folder, so be sure to check there and whitelist us if so.
If you do not receive an order confirmation within 24 hours, please let our customer support team know at support@chachashops.com and we will be happy to help.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow the status of your order here.
